disposal<\/p><p>Preparation and submission of Annual and Periodic Reports to the Public <br \/>Procurement Authority<\/p><p>Ensures the development of the capabilities, skills and knowledge of staff;<\/p><p>Appraises direct reports; and<\/p><p>Undertakes any other tasks that may be
