OBJECTIVES OF THE CLIENT SERVICE UNIT
- To collect, collate and analyze the nature of needs and expectation of clients for management decision making.
- capture complaints/enquiries of clients that have been reported.
- to conduct periodic surveys on client satisfaction
- to liaise with other non-decentralized ministries, departments and agencies in resolving client needs and expectation.
