OBJECTIVES OF THE CLIENT SERVICE UNIT

  1. To collect, collate and analyze the nature of needs and expectation of clients for management decision making.
  2. capture complaints/enquiries of clients that have been reported.
  3. to conduct periodic surveys on client satisfaction
  4. to liaise with other non-decentralized ministries, departments and agencies in resolving client needs and expectation.
