


PURPOSE
Purpose of the training was to broaden the knowledge of participants about significance of the
client service office and entreat them for their cooperation to help the office function effectively.
PARTICIPATION
The training brought together all Heads of Units and agencies and some selected or key staff from
those units. The client service staff and staff of the Human Resource Management Unit were the
lead organizers.
FACILITATION
The training was solely facilitated by the Regional Human Resource Manager from the office of
the Northern Regional Coordinating Council in the person of Mr. Bennett M. Ahmed.
CONCLUSION
The training was successful as all turned up in their numbers. The interactive nature of the training
among participants was high which indicated understanding of the concept. All participants
