The District Health Director raised concerns about political interference in staff postings, particularly nurses, which can disrupt the delivery of healthcare services and undermine the professionalism of health workers. He also addressed concerns regarding office accommodation and transportation, advising staff not to use transportation problems as an excuse for tardiness.

The DCE announced plans to improve and expand revenue mobilization, including opening a new market at Lingbunga; a community within the district. He emphasized the need for innovative thinking to increase revenue.

Members raised concerns about office equipment, working tools, and the need for improved working environments. The DCE and management acknowledged these challenges and committed to addressing them.
